Find the programme that fits your goal
Every BIWD programme explains who it is for, what you will learn, how you will be assessed, what it costs, and what it does not include.
The cruise & passenger-ship pathway
Most cruise candidates move through these stages in order. Your assessment result tells you where to start.
By appointment. A practical, knowledge and English benchmark for hospitality candidates, or a profile and document review for deck and engine crew.
Five Level 2 diplomas — food & beverage, culinary arts, patisserie, housekeeping and reception — through an approved centre.
English, grooming and interview preparation that run in parallel with your diploma.
STCW Basic 5 and Passenger Ship Safety, coordinated with the National Maritime Institute, Madaripur.
Shorter routes for people who already have hospitality experience or sea service.
Other programme areas
BIWD institute programmes in guest service and cruise hospitality operations.
Clear guidance for deck, engine, and rating pathways and the certification steps they require.
Workplace English and communication skills measured against clear learning standards.
