Why we exist
Choosing a career path can be difficult, especially when people make promises about jobs, visas, or opportunities that they cannot actually control.
BIWD takes a different approach. We first understand where you are, explain what you need, and help you choose a realistic path. We also clearly explain which decisions belong to employers, agencies, regulators, or other organisations.

What we don't do
Being clear about our limits is part of how we protect candidates.
- We do not recruit or place candidates, and we never charge a placement fee.
- We do not issue STCW certificates or statutory maritime documents.
- We do not guarantee jobs, employer selection, visas, medical clearance, or deployment.
- We do not negotiate individual programme fees or offer special discounts for faster payment.
- We never ask candidates to pay into a personal account.
