From enrolment to your first class
Here is what happens after you choose a programme and before you attend your first session.
Your enrolment journey
- 01Complete your profile
Finish the required information, documents, and consents before enrolment is unlocked.
- 02Choose your payment plan
Choose full payment or the published instalment schedule. Both have the same total programme fee.
- 03Review & consent
Confirm that you understand the programme, assessment, fees, and limitations.
- 04Pay the first amount
Use an official payment channel and receive your numbered receipt.
- 05Get joining instructions
Your class schedule, room, materials, and conduct information are sent through the portal.
- 06Attend your first session
Attendance starts from the first session and counts toward the programme requirement.
Important attendance rules
- Attendance
- Minimum 80% to be assessed; 85% for workshop-based trade programmes
- Late arrival
- Recorded as late rather than present
- Authorised absence
- Supporting evidence should be provided within five working days
- Missed instalment
- Portal and class access may pause until the payment is cleared
- Withdrawal
- Handled according to the published Refund & Cancellation Policy
